Terms of Service

DBSourcing acts as an intermediary and coordination partner connecting customers in Libya with manufacturing, sourcing, industrial, and business opportunities in China, through four areas of service: SOURCE (product sourcing and procurement), BUILD (factory setup and industrial support), CONNECT (Libya–China business partnerships and market entry), and INVEST (youth entrepreneurship and investment support), as well as general inquiries submitted outside these categories.

We do not manufacture products ourselves. We identify, communicate and negotiate with manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners on your behalf, and coordinate the process toward your objective.

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account using a valid phone number and verify your identity through a one-time passcode. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

When you submit a sourcing, build, connect, investment, or general inquiry request, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. DBSourcing relies on the information you provide to identify suitable manufacturers, suppliers, or business opportunities, and is not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Quotations provided through our platform are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change based on factors such as final specifications, quantities, materials, and market conditions.

Orders are only confirmed once you have reviewed and approved the relevant quotation and any associated terms. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be communicated to you in connection with your specific order.

You are responsible for making payments in accordance with the terms agreed for your order. DBSourcing will communicate any applicable fees before you are asked to confirm an order.

Delivery timelines communicated to you are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including manufacturing lead times, customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, and logistics conditions in Libya or China. DBSourcing will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of material delays.

All content on the DBSourcing platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DBSourcing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to infringe the rights of any third party, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our services.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to coordinate sourcing and business opportunities professionally and in good faith, DBSourcing does not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, or outcome of any manufacturer, supplier, or business opportunity identified through our platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DBSourcing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including delays, manufacturing defects, or losses arising from third-party manufacturers, suppliers, or partners, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold DBSourcing harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, your breach of these Terms, or the inaccuracy of information you provide.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used our services in a manner that could harm DBSourcing or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Libya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Libya.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
